启用torchscript_jit

参数解释：

jit（布尔值，默认值为 False）：是否使用 TorchScript 进行快速计算。

mode（字符串，默认值为 “base”）：选择模型的运行模式，可以是 “base”（慢速但高质量）、”fast”（快速但质量稍差）、”base-nightly”（夜间版本）。

常见错误

报错与为什么使用分支：

可将模型复制到默认原路径：\Users\用户名\.transparent-background进行测试

出现无法下载、路径存在中文、命名错误查找不到”ckpt_base_cuda:0.pt”等问题。所以下载分支，修正模型存放路径。
